I have competed up to 1.40m nationally and internationally. With both wins at national finals and international classes. I have just competed at the British National championships on Rose, who I have brought on since she was a 4yo and we came 2nd in the discovery final. I mainly produce and sell young horses, ride for other people and I also do a bit of coaching.
Hi, I’m Orla. I’m a 22 year old amateur event rider and full time dental student. I’ve been around horses for as long as I can remember and have been lucky enough to be involved in many different disciplines over the years. Nowadays I mainly event, competing at BE Intermediate, alongside side-saddle showing.
My name is Maddie, I run a small team of dog walkers in Northwich and surrounding areas. I have been surrounded by dogs, cats, horses and more all my life and decided to turn my love for animals into a business. I set up Mads for Dogs 18 months ago, and I am proud to be part of growing team. I have just managed to secure my first Dog Walking Van! I have my own spaniel Polly, and you will see her sitting along side myself on my travels. I’m also hugely interested in sports, particularly netball and the gym! The outdoors is my favourite place, so to combine this with my love for animals makes everyday a happy one! I am so excited to be working alongside Horse, Hound & Hunter, and can’t wait for the future ahead!
My name is Mimi Jones, I’m 18 years old and currently based in Cheshire. I have completed my A Levels this summer and am looking to take a gap year working on a professional event yard before university. I have been around horses from a very early age – my mum bought me a pony before I was born! I started off showing, then began doing more side saddle, travelling up and down the country competing. I was lucky enough to be given a fabulous little BS pony that got me way more interested in jumping and going fast! I eventually persuaded my mum to let me start eventing and haven’t looked back; I love it!! I am now in the fortunate position to have 2 lovely horses at the moment, George a 17.2hh warmblood who we have home produced up the levels and now competing at intermediate and my young horse Otis who is currently competing at 100 level. I have ridden at national level for pony club, riding club and for the last 4 years have been selected to represent my regional at the BE under 18 national championships. My goals this year have been to get Otis going and try and complete a 3* event with George. I am really looking forward to working with horse hound and hunter and being able to show and promote all their products and promotions.
I am Emily Entwistle and I am 21 and have been riding for the last 14 years.
I have two horses that I compete at dressage called Ela & Sid.I compete Ela at medium, now training to Advanced Medium and aiming for PSG. With Sid we are at preliminary level and hoping to get to Novice soon.
My passion is training my horses and mixing things up with plenty of hacking and the odd small jump.
