Items can be returned to the store for a refund within 28 days if they are in their original condition. There are exceptions for feeds, treats, and supplements.
Feed and Treats – Unused sealed feed may be returned for a refund only withing 7 days at the managers discretion. A receipt will be required. Feed will not be collected and must be brought to store with proof of purchase and in its original condition.
Ther store retains the right to refuse refund if the above conditions are not met.
Supplements – Unopened supplements may be returned for a refund to the store within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required, and these items will be returned at the buyers cost. For information on tracked postal services please call the store – 03330 901438.

Other Items
All other items may be returned to store in their original condition for a refund within 28 days. Items will not be collected regardless of delivery method, and return must be arranged by the customer. For assistance with this please contact the store – 03330 901438

Faulty Goods
If an item you have purchased from us has or develops a fault, please contact us in the first instance by emailing shop@horsehoundandhunter.co.uk with your order number and images and details of the fault. Exchanges
We are unable to offer an exchange on returned items. Your returned item will be automatically refunded once it has been returned. If you require a different size or colour, we advise placing a new order for the new item you wish to purchase.
We are unable to offer a refund on hay, straw, carrots and haylage.
